Ordering and shipping
Where do you ship?
Checkout lists every country and state we can reach. If yours is not on that list, we cannot ship to it.
Is kratom legal where I live?
Not everywhere. Six states ban the sale outright: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin. We do not ship to those. Some counties and cities restrict sales inside states that allow them, so checkout is the final word on your address. There is a state check on every product page and in the cart.
When does my order ship?
A tracking email goes out the moment the parcel leaves us. Want a status before that? Send your order number.
Can I change the address after I have ordered?
Only while the parcel is still with us, so send your order number and the corrected address as fast as you can.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. Tell us the products and rough volume, and we come back with pricing.

These are not medicines: they are not evaluated by the FDA and do not treat, cure or prevent anything.
When in the day do people take it?
Kratom Addicts during work, study or a project, and again when the day is winding down. Shruums Addicts before going out or with friends. Start with the serving printed on the pack, see how it sits with you, and do not take a second serving to chase the first.
How much should I take?
Follow the serving printed on the pack and do not exceed it. On medication, or managing a health condition? Talk to a doctor before you start.
What is the difference between the formats?

What is in each product?
The pack lists every ingredient and the amount per piece. Read it before you take anything.
Where can I find the lab report for my pack?
On the Lab Results page, filed by batch. Match the lot number printed on your pack. Batch not listed yet? Send us the number and we send the report.
How should I store it?
Original pack, closed, out of heat and direct sun, out of reach of children and pets.
Subscriptions
How does a subscription work?
You pick a delivery frequency on the product page. Each delivery is charged and shipped on that schedule until you pause or cancel.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes. Use the link in your subscription email, or send us your order number and we handle it.
When am I charged?
On the schedule you picked, starting with the first order. Your subscription email carries the next charge date.
Returns and payments
Which payment methods can I use?
Everything shown at checkout. That list is the full set enabled for this store.
What if the product is not right for me?
Thirty day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us with your order number within thirty days of delivery and we refund it.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Send a photo of the parcel and the packs with your order number and we put it right. Damage in transit has no time limit.
