Monthly delivery: how it works, and how to stop it

Every kratom product on the site can be bought once or delivered on a schedule. The schedule takes five percent off the monthly price. This is exactly how it works, including how to stop it.

Choosing it

On the product page, under the size, there are two options: one time purchase and monthly subscription. The price of each is printed next to it, so the saving is visible before you choose. Pick the subscription, add to cart, and check out as usual. The first pack ships like any other order.

What happens next

Every thirty days the next pack is charged to the same payment method and shipped to the same address. The date of the next delivery is shown in your account, so a change of address or a pause can be made before it.

Skipping, changing and cancelling

All of it is done from your account, under Subscriptions. From there you can skip the next delivery, change the size or the flavor, change the address, move the date, or cancel. Cancelling stops future charges at once; a pack that has already shipped is not affected. There is no minimum number of deliveries and no fee for stopping.

Price

The subscription price is the one printed next to the option on the product page, and the same figure is repeated in the cart and at checkout, so what you pay is visible at every step.

What it is not

A subscription is a convenience for people who already know which pack they want. It is not a recommendation to take the product every day, and the pack, the product page and the responsible use page say the same thing. If you are unsure whether a regular delivery is right for you, buy one pack at a time.
